Gideon Akinola (Chairman)
Gideon is a visionary, keen on policy-making, and a leader per excellence. Mr. Gideon Akinola has been in the construction and facility management business for almost 3 decades. He has managed and has continued to manage projects in both the public and private sectors. He is presently one of the Managing Partners of daFixas and the Chairman, Board of Directors of Mega Labourers Services Limited. Amongst other skillset of this great individual is his ability to manage humans (Human Management), his negotiating skills, his business acumen, his team playing spirit and his ability to manage projects.

Abimbola Adefolalu (GMD/CEO)
Abimbola is a Construction and Facility Management expert, Seasoned Sales, Marketing, Business Management Professional with success stories in many industries. “Bimmy” as he likes to be called has held key management positions in many multinational companies like MBeco-energy systems Ltd, Heineken (Nigerian Breweries Plc), Brosgaby Internationals, and First World Communities Ltd. A consultant at Ciba Engineering Ltd, Senior Consultant to Business Day Newspaper, and Director in other companies Arcventives Ltd and PiscinaBay Ltd.

Daniel Meneke Tuodeinye (Business Dev/HR Director)
MekDanny as fundly called is a seasoned professional, an experienced and motivated project manager with cumulative 38 years working experience in pharmaceutical, oil and gas industry (31 years). Taking roles in chemical lab technology, aviation and land fleet logistics, contracting, supply chain and project planning/management, work breakdown structure (WBS), risk analysis and management, team leadership, cost control and change order management, health safety and environment (HSE), administrative and strategic departmental planning, portfolio management Astute team player, pacesetter and goal getter.

Akinyemi Akinmusire (GM)
Akinmusire Akinyemi, HND (Estate Mgt) With over a decade of service to various clients, especially in real estate activities, the desire is to ensure that client needs are adequately satisfied. I have improved my inter-personal, and leadership skills, team-bonding relationships, networking, scheduling and time management. Isaac Onuegbu (GCOO)
Isaac Onuegbu is a seasoned civil engineer and business leader, currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) of Mega Laborers Services, PiscinaBay, Dafixas, and House and Lands Naija. With a career spanning over two decades, Isaac has played a pivotal role in engineering, construction, and tech-driven service platforms. As the GCOO of Mega Laborers Services, Isaac oversees technical and engineering operations, ensuring excellence in project execution. He began his career in 1997 as a trainee at WT Designs and Construction, later joining Benzic Agencies Limited, where he rose to the position of Managing Director. He also serves on the Board of JJ Willmin Limited, a geotechnical and architectural consulting firm. Over the years, he has led major community development projects for NAOC, SPDC, and NDDC, and his company Benzic Agencies is a preferred contractor for Lekki Gardens (Port Harcourt). As the GCOO of House and Lands Naija, a leading tech platform connecting buyers and sellers in real estate, Isaac drives operational efficiency and innovation. Under his leadership, the company has scaled its platform, making property transactions more seamless and user-friendly. His responsibilities include: Managing cross-functional teams in marketing, technology, sales, and customer service. Overseeing the development and optimization of the platform to enhance user experience. Driving strategic business partnerships and negotiations to strengthen the company's market position. Monitoring performance metrics to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As the GCOO of Dafixas (Subsidiary of Mega Laborers Services), Isaac leads the operations of this innovative app that connects skilled workers with clients in need of services. His leadership ensures that Dafixas remains a key player in the gig economy by providing a seamless platform for service providers and customers. His key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth user experience. Leading teams in technology, customer service, marketing, and operations to drive company objectives. Developing scalable systems and cost-efficient strategies for sustainable growth. Enhancing the platform with new features and functionalities based on market needs. Managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships to expand the company’s reach. Expertise & Industry Recognition Isaac holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering and has attended multiple COREN seminars in Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering (NATE). His expertise in construction, project management, and tech-driven service solutions continues to shape the industries he operates in. Through his leadership across multiple organizations, Isaac Onuegbu remains dedicated to innovation, operational excellence, and the transformation of labor, real estate, and gig economy sectors in Nigeria and beyond.

Samuel N. Nnolum (Digital Content Manager)

Eyitayo Omoikhoje (Head, Project Costing)
Eyitayo Omoikhoje, B.tech (QS). M.sc (Construction Management in view) is a construction, project and facility management expert he has managed and continued to manage projects in both the public and private sectors with success stories in construction industries. He is a seasoned Probationer member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor and has over ten years of industry experience across industries including Consultancy, Construction and Real estate. He is a trained and practicing Quantity Surveyor with vast experience in the field of buildings, infrastructure and civil construction work, he has served with different construction companies with involvement in numerous project. Taribo Nnenim
(Group Business Development Director)
My area of expertise has been established over the last 18 years specifically in Sales, Negotiations, Customer relationships & Partnership management. My unique ability to manage stakeholders, identify revenue streams and maximize capital has made me a point person for both employers and customers in the real estate sector. My experience spans different industries (Food & Beverage, Aviation and Real Estate; it also cuts across functions (Marketing, Brand development, Sales, Customer relations, Key account management and Project strategy) I have been able to complete transactions worth over $50 million during this time. At the onset of my career as a relationship manager in the aviation sector, I was responsible for ensuring customer loyalty and retention in about 30 companies with more than 5,000 headcounts through proactive and prompt complaint resolution. I also performed sales duties and increased annual sales by 50% by establishing more than 20 new accounts, earning a combined profit of over 50 million naira ($750,000) in the year 2005. I served in different capacities such as secretary, administrative and HR personnel & customer service executive. This customer relationship and other skillsets are responsible for my transition into the real estate sector where I joined ARM Properties and began the sales of the best and biggest golf estate (Lakowe Lakes) in West Africa. ARM Properties had an extensive real estate portfolio valued in excess of $650m (N103B) as at 2017. I have in the last 10 years served in various leadership roles in leading real estate companies ranging from my role as Client Services Manager at Launi Properties, Sales Manager at ARM Financial Advisers and most recently the General Manager Sales & Marketing at Design Union Ltd. Where I led and managed the business development and research unit with 10+ subordinates from the marketing, sales, and graphics design unit reporting to me. As the head of business strategy, I conducted market research to understand the competition, opportunities and translate the client business objectives into a business intelligence strategy. I executed and led product development & marketing campaigns for the firm. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Calabar, Cross River state, Nigeria. Aside from my experience in relationship management, branding, marketing and sales, I am passionate about youth mentorship and empowerment. I am very keen on using my knowledge by voluntarily giving advice to students and young adults needing mentorship and training in my area of expertise. When I am not busy managing stakeholders and driving profitability and strategy in the real estate sector or pursuing my passion project volunteering, I love to spend time with family preparing mouthwatering delicacies.
