Gideon Akinola (Chairman)
Gideon is a visionary, keen on policy-making, and a leader per excellence. Mr. Gideon Akinola has been in the construction and facility management business for almost 3 decades. He has managed and has continued to manage projects in both the public and private sectors. He is presently one of the Managing Partners of daFixas and the Chairman, Board of Directors of Mega Labourers Services Limited. Amongst other skillset of this great individual is his ability to manage humans (Human Management), his negotiating skills, his business acumen, his team playing spirit and his ability to manage projects.
Abimbola Adefolalu (MD/CEO)
Abimbola is a Construction and Facility Management expert, Seasoned Sales, Marketing, Business Management Professional with success stories in many industries. “Bimmy” as he likes to be called has held key management positions in many multinational companies like MBeco-energy systems Ltd, Heineken (Nigerian Breweries Plc), Brosgaby Internationals, and First World Communities Ltd. A consultant at Ciba Engineering Ltd, Senior Consultant to Business Day Newspaper, and Director in other companies Arcventives Ltd and PiscinaBay Ltd.
Daniel Tuodeinye (Business Development Director)
Daniel is a seasoned professional and an experienced and Motivated Project Manager. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Trinity College, Seychelles and Masters Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool. “Mekdanny”, as he is fondly called, brings on board a successful track record spanning over a decade, in project planning, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), scheduling, risk management, team leadership, cost control and change order management.
Akinyemi Akinmusire (GM)
Akinmusire Akinyemi, HND (Estate Mgt) With over a decade of service to various clients, especially in real estate activities, the desire is to ensure that client needs are adequately satisfied. I have improved my inter-personal, and leadership skills, team-bonding relationships, networking, scheduling and time management. I am sure to give my best in every aspect of real estate that I am opportune to handle. I also appreciate the opportunity to learn and improving in my skills and abilities and provide technical handson support to my team members. Sunday Ikezumba Egwim is a Civil Engineer. He is a seasoned Construction man of over 30 years uninterrupted experience. Worked with Lagos State ministry of Work during the Construction of the 2 Flyover Bridges at Ikeja(1987-1988). Co- founder of ROWJAS ENTERPRISES NIG. founder TRUSHEN ROWJAS LIMITED. Eyitayo Omoikhoje (Head, Project Costing)
Eyitayo Omoikhoje, B.tech (QS). M.sc (Construction Management in view) is a construction, project and facility management expert he has managed and continued to manage projects in both the public and private sectors with success stories in construction industries. He is a seasoned Probationer member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor and has over ten years of industry experience across industries including Consultancy, Construction and Real estate. He is a trained and practicing Quantity Surveyor with vast experience in the field of buildings, infrastructure and civil construction work, he has served with different construction companies with involvement in numerous project. The following are just few of the projects and his achievement: He served as a lead Quantity Surveyor for Ciba Construction company Ltd on Lagos State 32MTH Rice Mill and Light Industrial Park, Imota, Lagos, Nigeria being the largest Rice Mill in sub-Sahara Africa and third largest in the world. Senior Quantity Surveyor for Ciba Construction company Ltd on construction of Obudu international airport, Cross River state, Served as a Head of Contract Management team (CMT) for Ciba Construction Company on 280 bed Lagos state government General hospital, Spine and Neurology (TSN) Centre, Ojo, Lagos state. Built the yaba and oshodi mass transit depot with ciba construction company Ltd. Served as Project quantity surveyor for Akiota Works Ltd on Remodeling of old central bank of Nigeria (CBN) located at Okpara avenue Enugu State. Served as project Quantity Surveyor for Akiota works Ltd on construction of Onitsha shopping mall (shoprite) Anambra state.
Rotimi Phillips (Administrative Executive)
A a seasoned administrative executive with over six years of experience in various industries. Holding a BSc in Computer Science and a diploma in Data Analysis and Desktop Publishing, He brings a unique blend of technical expertise and administrative proficiency to every role. During his time at Oragon Group of Companies, Nigeria, he worked closely with the directors as an executive assistant, playing a key role in revitalizing Oragon Hotel and Suites and Oragon Events Centre after five years of operational challenges. His leadership in streamlining operations and delivering actionable insights as a data analyst contributed significantly to the company’s increased revenue and ongoing success. Oluwatobiloba Ajayi (IT Support Manager, Product Designer)
